Make your reservation early. There is not just one central lodging location but multiple smaller options available. If possible, please make reservations with a group in order to maximize the lodging opportunities.

Transportation in Bethel

Transportation options in Bethel are limited, and attendees are encouraged to plan ahead.

Local taxi services operate in Bethel, including Kusko Cab and other small operators. Availability can be limited, especially during busy periods, so wait times may vary.

Walking
Many lodging options are within walking distance of meeting venues, depending on weather and trail conditions. Please plan accordingly and dress for winter conditions.
