The Scale Seafood: Business Planning Workshop is a two-day event held from 5–8 p.m. Thursday, May 14, and 9 a.m.–noon Friday, May 15, at the Cordova District Fishermen United office.
During the workshop, participants will learn writing tips to help them put their business ideas on paper, use a pro forma to forecast revenue and expenses, and learn how to identify their market niche.
Dinner will be served on Thursday and breakfast on Friday.
