Kelp Farm Operations: Training of the Trainers

This immersive Training of the Trainers workshop is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to educate others on starting an aquatic seaweed farm in Alaska. Participants will gain hands-on experience and learn effective teaching techniques for sharing this information within their communities.

Priority will be given to Alaska residents, members of rural and Indigenous communities, and active kelp farmers. Workshop expenses, including travel and lodging, will be covered for participants.

Participation is limited to eight people, selected through an application review process.
