Sanitation Control Procedures for Seafood Processors – 2026

The one-day sanitation control procedures workshop is designed for all seafood processors. It covers the basic 8 points of sanitation as well as documentation requirements. Several demonstrations will be conducted for using test kits to monitor common sanitizer residuals.

This is an interactive workshop held online via videoconference. Registrants will be emailed a Zoom link before the event.

The sanitation control procedures workshop is developed and sanctioned by AFDO (Association of Food and Drug Officials).

Kodiak residents are eligible for scholarships covering registration fees, thanks to funding from Kodiak Island Borough. Please contact Marc Solano for the discount code.
