Kelp Business Planning and Marketing Workshop—2025
1:00–3:00 pm Alaska Time, each day
This online workshop will cover the basics of business planning for a kelp farm operation. By the end of the workshop, participants will understand the structure of business planning, be familiar with tools that perform financial feasibility analysis and marketing planning, and gain insights into strategic business decision-making.
