SUMMARY:Understanding Vibrio bacteria in shellfish webinar
DESCRIPTION:  \nThis webinar will introduce Vibrio bacteria\, covering key species\, where they are found\, and how they grow. We’ll discuss variations in pathogenicity and virulence\, focusing on heightened risks for immunocompromised individuals\, who are more vulnerable to severe illness or death. \nWe’ll examine how Vibrio interacts with shellfish\, factors affecting retention\, and methods for cleansing thermally abused shellfish.
